The Czech Economic and Cultural Office, Czech Centres and CzechInvest are looking for assistants for their offices in Taipei

We are looking for assistants to work with us in Taipei! The Deadline for the applications is April 30th!

The Czech Economic and Cultural Office (CECO) focuses on public, cultural, scientific and economic diplomacy. We are hiring an assistant who will be ready to contribute to the development of economic and scientific relations between the Czech Republic and Taiwan.

Job description:

• implementation of assigned activities in Taiwan;

• communication with local authorities;

• search for partners for cooperation;

• communication with the local business and scientific community;

• Taiwanese market analyses;

• translation of short texts;

• promotion of activities on social networks.

 

Requirements:

• university education (preferably economics);

• experience in business cooperation, research, development, innovation is a great advantage

• a wide network of contacts and orientation in the local business and innovation environment is an advantage;

• experience with project management;

• knowledge of the local language at the level of a native speaker and knowledge of the English language at an advanced level;

• excellent knowledge of working with PCs and social networks, strong digital skills;

• good communication skills and responsibility;

• excellent administrative and organizational skills;

• diligence, reliability, willingness to further develop and learn;

• team work ability;

• time flexibility;

• no criminal record.

The Czech Centres, a contributory organisation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, and CzechInvest, a contributory organisation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, jointly announce a hiring procedure for the position of assistant for their office in Taipei (Taiwan)

 Job description:

• coordination and support of assigned activities in Taiwan;  

• production and logistics support; 

• preparation of documents for contracts and subsequent drafting of contracts with participants;  

• provision of transportation of exhibitions and their insurance; 

• promotion of acitivities on social networks;

• communication with assigned companies and institutions;

• support in meeting planning and management;

• administrative support with everyday agenda of Czech Centers and CzechInvest;

• translations (English to Chinese and vice versa).

 

 Requirements:

• university education and 2 years of experience in production and/or administration; 

• project coordination experience; 

• knowledge of Mandarin at the level of a native speaker is a condition, knowledge of the English language at the advanced level (C1); 

• excellent knowledge of working with a PC and with social networks, strong digital skills; 

• good communication skills and responsibility; 

• excellent administrative and organizational skills; 

• diligence, reliability, willingness to further develop and learn; 

• team work ability; 

• time flexibility; 

• no criminal records.
